"Owl by Myself" Halloween

I love Halloween and I LOVE this dress!  It is so fun and seasonal without the traditional orange pumpkins.  I am a sucker for anything with birds and owls :)  It is made with Michael Miller's "Owl by Myself" and "Lolli Dots".  Keep an eye on my Etsy store because this will make it's debut this week.

Latest Creation

My friend Whitney has a little girl about 4 months older than Aliza and I have been working on a few adorable things for her.  One of them is the knot dress in these beautiful purple/green fabrics.  Whitney picked out the fabrics so I cannot take credit for these except the way I arranged them :)  I love the way it turned out and it will look adorable on Madilyn!  Can't wait to see her in it :)

Hello.  Welcome to the "Wonderfully Made" blog.  This site is created to share some of my creations with you!  I am a stay-at-home mom of two little girls ages 1 and 3.  In the midst of our daily chaos I have a need to create that drives me and keeps me sane most days. I love repurposing old things (especially furniture), making my own stationary and cards, painting and most recently...sewing children's clothing.  I think my biggest creative passion lately is fabric.  I am now a collector :)  I have a cabinet in my sewing room full to the top of beautiful, fun, fabulous, fabric just calling my name.  So come in and take a look.  Maybe you will benefit from it too!
